Sadok Kouka elected as President of Arab Kyokushinkai and Combat Sports Union
TUNISIAONLINENEWS- Also known as the “Desert Samurai” from the title of a movie dedicated to him, the Tunisian former Kyokushinkai world champion, Sadok Kouka, has recently been elected as President of the Arab Kyokushinkai and combat sports Union.
The Union’s new federal bureau is composed of representatives from the federations of Tunisia, Algeria, Libya, Palestine, Lebanon, the UAE, and Kuwait.
Born in the governorate of Mahdia in 1954, Sadok Kouka has won the world title in the discipline ; he has also won the Swedish championship 7 times and a gold medal at the International Shidokan Open tournament in Japan, a prestigious competition which he was the first non –Japanese to win.
