Sonia M’barek mesmerizes Tunis Municipal Theater audience
TUNISIAONLINENEWS- The Tunisian singer Sonia M’barek delivered a concert on Tuesday where she sang some of the poetry of the Spanish poet Federico Garcia Lorca at the Tunis Municipal Theater.
The Minister of Culture and Heritage Preservation and the Spanish ambassador in Tunisia attended the show.
The event is organized as part of the cultural celebrations of the Spanish presidency of the European Union in cooperation with the “Cervantes Institute” in Tunis.
Through this tribute, the Tunisian singer tried to find other dimensions to the Arab musical expressions related to feelings of pain, joy, affection and tenderness.
In an interview with “tunsiaonlinenews,” Sonia Mbarek focused on the team efforts to ensure the organization of “Lorca and Granada” show.
