Tunisian and UAE committed to develop cooperation in health sector
TUNISIAONLINENEWS- A working session was held on Tuesday in Tunis respectively chaired by Mr. Mondher Zenaidi, Minister of Public Health and his Emirati counterpart Mr. Hanif Hassan Ali who was recently in Tunis on a work visit.
The meeting focused on the importance to further develop Tunisian-Emirati cooperation in the health sector, medical and paramedical trainings, as well as to consolidate partnership in the pharmaceutical industry, tourism and exports of health services.

Both ministers stressed the need to boost partnership in all sectors in order to enhance the quality of health services.
Mr. Hanif Hassan Ali expressed his country’s commitment to bolster technical cooperation and benefit from Tunisian medical skills by recruiting more Tunisian medical and paramedical staff.
In a related event, Mr. Hanif Hassan Ali also conferred on Thursday with Mr. Mohamed Nouri Jouini Minister of Development and International Cooperation.
The event was an opportunity to discuss ways to boost and diversify cooperation between Tunisia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
“Tunisia is a model of success in the Arab world, particularly in terms of skills and human resources development”, said the Emirati minister of health who also said that his visit to Tunisia offered him the opportunity to take cognizance of Tunisia’s progress in different sectors.
“The progress made by the United Arab Emirates and the potential offered by Tunisia, are very encouraging factors for strengthening partnership between the two countries particularly in the sectors of health services, pharmaceutical industry and fields with technological and knowledge content”, he added.
