Tunisian Navigation Company will soon be quoted on Tunis Stock Exchange
TUNISIAONLINENEWS- “CTN Tunisia Ferries” Tunisia’s Navigation Company, which has just increased its capital from 42 500 000 dinars to 119 000 000 dinars, is preparing to integrate to the Tunis Stock Exchange through a public offering subscription.
In order to consolidate its capital and achieve its investment plans, the company has launched two national tenders. The first focuses on achieving an assessment mission of the company for its integration to the Tunis Stock Exchange and the second focuses on supporting the company during its integration into public offering.

CTN offers a regular link service between the ports of Tunis (Tunisia), Marseille (France) and Genoa (Italy) thanks to a modern fleet of passenger and freight ferries.
The company recently purchased two freight vessels (Tunis-Marseille and Tunis-Genoa), which will be operational during the first quarter of 2010. A new car- ferry still under construction, will also be operational by 2012.
CTN operates two large passenger vessels “Ulysse” and “Salambo”. In June 1999, the car-ferry “Carthage” was brought into service.
The company has plans a foot to improve its competitiveness and consolidate its market share namely by increasing its participation in the international maritime freight transport.
