The Ministry of Education announced, on Tuesday, the opening of the digital platform dedicated to remote registration for boarding schools and school cafeterias, as well as for scholarship requests, for the benefit of middle and high school students for the 2026-2027 academic year.

In a press release, the ministry specified that parents of students in the preparatory cycle and in secondary education who wish to benefit from housing and meal services in boarding schools and school cafeterias may complete the remote registration starting September 3, 2026 via the digital platform made available at the following address:

For non-scholarship and half-scholarship students, payment procedures must be finalized after their requests are validated by regional commissions. As for scholarship students, they will be able to withdraw their registration receipt after the approval of their file by the regional commissions, in order to benefit from a full scholarship.

The ministry also specified that documents relating to scholarship applications must be submitted exclusively via the platform. It stressed that no student will be able to benefit from housing and meals services in boarding houses and school cafeterias without having completed their remote registration.

A full scholarship will furthermore be automatically granted to children from needy or low-income families, after coordination with the services of the Ministry of Social Affairs, without them having to present supporting documents.

Students with disabilities, whatever the degree of their disability, will also benefit from a full scholarship, provided they digitally submit a copy of their disability card on the platform.

Children of martyr families and families of those injured in the Revolution will, for their part, have priority for the awarding of school scholarships related to housing and meals, according to the same press release.

The Ministry of Education finally recalled that payment must be made exclusively by electronic means.
