This weekend, the Tunisian Society of Wholesale Markets announced the winter hours applicable to procurement and sales operations at the Bir El Kassâa wholesale market.
In a statement, the Tunisian Society of Wholesale Markets clarified that, in application of the provisions of Article 18 of the internal regulations of the Bir El Kassâa national-market, the winter hours for procurement and sales operations will take effect from Monday, September 28, 2026, according to the following schedule:
Produce (vegetables and fruits)
Procurement in two shifts :
First shift: from 17:30 to 1:00.
Second shift: from 3:00 to 5:00.
Sales: from 5:00 to noon (12:00).
Fishery products
Procurement: from 17:30 to midnight (00:00).
Sales: from midnight (00:00) to noon (12:00).
