This change provides for the addition of 5.5 km in each direction, thereby bringing the length of the line to 19.5 km, while maintaining the starting station and the terminus, with a passage through the Lake 0, Lake 1, Lake 2 areas and the Gardens of Carthage.
The new route will be as follows, after adding 7 stops in each direction :
*Outbound: Tunis Marine Station – Lake 0 – Lake 1 – Lake 2 – Maple Leaf Street – Zembra Island Avenue – Carthage Avenue – Main Road of the Gardens of Carthage – Regional Route R23 – Terminus at the Kram Exhibition Park.
*Return: Kram Exhibition Park – Regional Route – Main Road R23 – Main Road of the Gardens of Carthage – Carthage Avenue – Zembra Island Avenue – Maple Leaf Street – Lake 2 – Lake 1 (Main Avenue) – Lake 0 – Tunis Marine Station.
The daily schedule foresees 17 trips in the outbound direction and 16 trips in the return direction, i.e., a frequency of one departure every 45 minutes during peak hours and every 60 minutes outside these periods, with a single fare fixed at one dinar.
