In a note addressed to banks, to the National Post Office and to payment institutions, the Governor of the Central Bank of Tunisia called, within the framework of supporting national efforts to ensure the success of the school enrollment campaign for the 2026-2027 academic year, the general managers of banks and payment institutions, as well as the CEO of the National Post Office, to take all necessary organizational and technical measures to guarantee the continuity and smooth operation of electronic payment of enrollment fees throughout the campaign.
He notably invited them to :
- Ensure the availability of electronic payment channels and their continuous operation, provide real-time monitoring of their performance, and intervene promptly to remedy any outage or difficulty that could affect the quality of the services provided.
- Develop an effective communication plan to raise awareness of the available digital services, intensify outreach campaigns aimed at parents, support them, and work to overcome all difficulties and obstacles they may encounter during their children’s enrollment.
- Strengthen coordination and cooperation with the various stakeholders involved in the school enrollment process, and take all necessary measures to promptly address any complaints or service interruptions, in order to guarantee the smooth processing of school enrollment fee payments and to achieve the expected objectives.
