The Information Technology Center of the Ministry of the Interior announced the opening of an external dossier-based competition, accompanied by written and oral tests, for the recruitment of eight executives for the year 2026. Applications are open from October 5 to November 5, 2026 at midnight.
The competition concerns the recruitment of three principal engineers in information technology or telecommunications, three analysts in software engineering and information systems or in data science and analytics, and two administrators specialized in finance or accounting.
Applicants must hold the required degrees for each post and meet the nationality, age and criminal record requirements. Those applying for the rank of principal engineer must also be registered with the Order of Engineers. Registration is mandatory on the competition website.
The first screening is performed automatically, based on the average grade of the baccalaureate (coefficient 1) and the average of the year in which the degree was obtained (coefficient 2). Preselected candidates are then invited to submit their paper dossier. Those whose dossier is accepted take written tests in the form of multiple-choice questions (MCQs), followed by oral examinations. The final score is calculated with 60% for the written portion and 40% for the oral, with a minimum average of 10 out of 20 required.
The maximum number of dossiers retained at the first stage is set at 30 for each of the senior engineer and analyst positions and 20 for the administrator position, i.e., ten times the number of positions open. The stages of the competition, the lists of admitted candidates, the dates of the tests, and the results will be published on the competition website.
