Tunis, May 4, 2026 – Ooredoo Tunisia has closed its participation as sponsor of the 40th edition of the Tunis International Book Fair, which took place from April 23 to May 3, reaffirming its commitment to culture, creativity and knowledge in Tunisia.
Through its presence at this major cultural event, Ooredoo Tunisia had the honour of supporting and valuing Tunisian literary talent by sponsoring two prestigious prizes, highlighting excellence in the fields of publishing and literary creation.

Ooredoo Tunisia thus supported the Abdelkader Ben Cheikh Prize for Children’s and Young Adult Literature, valued at 10,000 dinars, which rewards works aimed at younger generations and encourages imagination, creativity and a love of reading.
The operator also sponsored the Noureddine Ben Khedher Prize for the Best Tunisian Publisher (2024 edition), also endowed with 10,000 dinars, praising the essential role of publishers in enriching the national cultural landscape and the development of the book industry in Tunisia.
