The Speaker of the Canadian House of Commons, Francis Scarpaleggia, arrived this Sunday in Tunisia for an official visit at the head of a parliamentary delegation to the Assembly of the Representatives of the People, at the invitation of the Parliament’s president, Ibrahim Bouderbala.
This visit, which takes place from May 10 to 13 this year, is part of the cooperative relations between Tunisia and Canada.
It aims to examine ways to strengthen them further in various areas, as well as to consolidate the relations between the Assembly of the Representatives of the People and the Canadian House of Commons, according to a Parliament press release.
