News
BH LEASING – The company announced that its board of directors, at its meeting on March 4, 2026, reviewed the company’s activity for the 2025 financial year and approved the 2025 financial statements, showing a net profit of 2.7 MD, versus 3.9 MD the previous year.
The decline in results for the period compared to the prior year is mainly explained by higher personnel costs, linked to the implementation of the provisions of the new employment contracts law No. 9-2025 of 21/05/2025, for an amount of 1.2 MD, as well as by the decrease in “other financial income” of 1.2 MD, following the reduction in the remuneration rate of investments.
The board of directors has decided to convene an ordinary general meeting for Wednesday, April 15, 2026. The year’s result will be carried forward as retained earnings, the company notes.
