Registrations are carried out online, via the ONTT’s official site. Applicants must also submit their application files in accordance with the conditions and deadlines fixed.
The Office specifies that registration must be completed at the following address: https://www.discovertunisia.com/examen.
After online registration, candidates must send their files in a sealed envelope, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by express mail. They may also drop them directly at the central filing office of the Tunisian National Tourism Office, at the following address: 1, Avenue Mohamed V, 1001 Tunis.
The envelope must bear the inscription: « Do not open – Examination for the award of the professional tour guide card, assistant category », as well as the code of the chosen specialty.
The ONTT has set October 25, 2026 as the deadline for online registrations, while the application files must be sent no later than October 26, 2026, the postmark being authoritative.
The Office stressed that no application will be accepted without prior registration on the indicated electronic platform.
The ONTT also specified that each candidate is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in their registration form, which will be taken into account in the evaluation of their file.
It warned that any false statement will lead to the candidate’s exclusion from the examination. If a false declaration is discovered after the issuance of the professional card, it will be withdrawn from the holder, who will also face legal action.
Finally, the Office indicated that each candidate may apply for only one category, specifying that any failure to comply with this condition will result in the cancellation of all their applications.
