Tunisia: Free Admission This Saturday to Museums and Archaeological Sites

The Agency for the Enhancement of Heritage and Cultural Promotion announced that access to all archaeological sites, historic monuments, and open museums under its supervision, listed in the attached list, will be free on Saturday, March 21, 2026.

According to the Agency, this measure concerns Tunisian citizens as well as foreign nationals holding a valid residence permit in Tunisia. It specified that free entry to these sites is also granted on the first Sunday of each month, on April 18 for the International Day for Monuments and Sites, on May 18 for the International Museum Day, as well as during public holidays.
