The Minister of Equipment and Housing, responsible for managing the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy, Salah Zouari, presided, on Wednesday, June 24 in Tunis, over the launching ceremony of the digital system for industrial property under the National Institute of Standardization and Industrial Property.
This project illustrates the solidity of Tunisian-Korean cooperation relations and reflects the advanced level of the bilateral partnership in terms of supporting the digital transformation of the Tunisian administration and strengthening the national innovation system.
This digital platform will integrate the different procedures and services related to industrial property, simplify administrative procedures, reduce the processing times for applications and improve access to information and data. It thus aims to ensure greater efficiency and transparency, while strengthening interaction among the various stakeholders, notably economic operators, innovators, researchers and project holders.
The launch of this digital system for industrial property is part of the project implemented by the National Institute of Standardization and Industrial Property, in cooperation with the Korean International Cooperation Agency and the Korean Institute of Patent Information.
