The Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) program is an international initiative funded by the European Union. It aims to support the modernization, development, and improvement of the quality of higher education systems and higher education institutions in partner countries that do not participate fully in the Erasmus+ program.
Among its main objectives are modernizing university curricula, creating new specialties meeting the needs of the job market, improving management, governance and quality assurance mechanisms, as well as establishing durable strategic partnerships between European universities and the higher education institutions of partner countries.
