On the occasion of World Teachers’ Day, the regional office of the Tunisian Organization for Education and Family in Sfax organized an event entitled “The Teacher and Cultural Activities: For a Balanced and Creative Student”.
Tributes to education actors
The president of the regional office, Mohamed Al-Adhar, indicated that several figures in education in Sfax would be honored in recognition of their services to education, teaching and family during their careers.
The tributes also included regional schools recently awarded national prizes for their cultural and environmental activities, as well as the educators who contributed to these distinctions.
The cultural activities in the service of students
Mohamed Al-Adhar underlined the role of the teacher in motivating students and their participation in the various cultural activities. According to him, these activities can help protect them from risky behaviors and strengthen the school’s role in shaping balanced and creative students.
