This approach helps consolidate a modern security service, going beyond classical approaches to embrace the latest scientific methods, based on modern technologies, crisis anticipation, as well as proper management, in a framework that enshrines the primacy of the law and guarantees full respect for human rights and public freedoms.

At the end of his speech, the minister expressed his deep gratitude to the leadership of the Higher School of Internal Security Forces, to its staff as well as to all members of the teaching staff, composed of security and military elites, academics and experts, for the knowledge and experience transmitted to the graduates.
