The commission charged with supervising general assemblies and members of the Club Africain has announced the modalities for organizing the club’s ordinary and evaluative general assembly, which will take place this Sunday, August 30, 2026 starting at 9:00 a.m. at the Sheraton Hotel in Tunis.Tunisian stadiums
The commission reminds that only holders of a membership card may access the room, attend the General Assembly proceedings and participate in the various votes.
According to club officials, the registration of attending members will begin at 9:00 a.m.
Each participant must present their membership card as well as an identity document or passport.
Members who wish to participate remotely may also register via a link that will be communicated later by the Club Africain.
The commission furthermore specifies that minor members are not authorized to attend or participate in the General Assembly proceedings, in accordance with Article 8 of the club’s bylaws.
As a reminder, the agenda of the General Assembly is as follows :
– National anthem and opening speech by the president of the commission
– Election of the commission responsible for supervising the general assemblies and members
– Address by the president of Club Africain
– Presentation of the commission’s report
– Reading of the board’s report
– Presentation of the financial report
– Interventions by members
– Vote on the board’s and financial reports.
