A day of awareness under the slogan “One Hour of Prevention” was held on Thursday, October 8, 2026 at Mustapha Khraïef College, in the Jendouba Governorate, as part of the national participatory approach aimed at preventing risky behaviours.

An initiative carried out in partnership with regional actors

This initiative was organized at the initiative of the Regional Delegation for Women’s and Family Affairs of Jendouba, in partnership with the Regional Delegation of Education.

The event took place under the supervision of the two regional delegates in charge of Women’s and Family Affairs and of Education. It brought together representatives from the National Office of Family and Population, from the Regional Delegation for Youth and Sports and from that of Cultural Affairs, as well as members of the “Farika for Strategies” association and the Office of the Delegate for Child Protection.

A national program deployed across all regions

This action is part of a national program implemented simultaneously and according to a unified approach across the country’s various regions.

Its implementation relies on the coordination between the regional delegations for Women’s and Family Affairs and the various concerned partners, including ministries, public structures, and associations engaged in the prevention of risky behaviours.

A listening and support space for students and families

The day “One Hour of Prevention” allowed students and families to benefit from an interactive space dedicated to listening, support, and guidance.

Awareness-raising activities were also organized to strengthen the prevention of phenomena and risky behaviours, while encouraging the participation of the various stakeholders involved.

Through this initiative, the organizers aim to strengthen the mobilization of educational, social, and associative actors around prevention and the support of families and students.
