The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced, in a statement released Friday, that the recording of choices for the main session of university orientation, intended for graduates of the 2026 baccalaureate from the main and control sessions, will continue until Monday, August 3, 2026 at noon.
The University Orientation Guide, published on June 23 last, outlines the various training offers available at higher education institutions as well as the specialties accessible to new baccalaureates, in order to help them choose university pathways that align with their aspirations and aptitudes.
In total, 78,575 students passed the main and control sessions of this year’s baccalaureate, corresponding to an overall success rate of 50.72%.
The main session of the baccalaureate brought together 154,928 candidates.
