The Tunisian Bank of Solidarity announced, in application of the provisions of Article 70 of the 2026 Finance Law regarding the rescheduling of debts owed to its benefit, the launch of an electronic platform intended for clients whose debts have remained unpaid for more than ten (10) years up to December 31, 2025. This platform allows recording requests for the benefit of this exceptional measure.

In a press release, the bank clarified that the clients concerned can submit their requests either remotely, via the electronic platform available on the bank’s official site devoted to recording rescheduling requests, or directly at the Tunisian Bank of Solidarity’s branches to which they belong, by filling out the form provided for this purpose.

The bank added that its services will proceed to examine the requests that meet the legal conditions provided by Article 70 of the 2026 Finance Law, before informing applicants of the follow-up to their files by the usual means.

The Tunisian Bank of Solidarity called on all clients wishing to benefit from this measure to submit their requests before the end of the day on December 31, 2026, either via the electronic platform, or directly at its various branches.
