This Sunday, the first leg of the CAF Champions League’s second qualifying round is expected to be in full swing across the continent’s four corners, notably in Misrata, Libya.
At Misrata Stadium, the Libyans of Swehly will host, from 18:00 (Tunisia time), their Tunisian counterparts Espérance de Tunis, seeking to secure a positive away result ahead of the return match in Tunisia on October 24.
For Swehly, this confrontation represents an opportunity to enter history during its first CAF Champions League campaign, while the four-time African champions aim to maintain their long-standing presence in the competition’s group stage.
The winner on aggregate will advance to the 16-team group stage.
This first leg will be broadcast live and free-to-air on the Watania 1 and Libya Sport HD1 channels as well as on our site in live streaming.
