Industrial Upgrade: Approval of Three New Projects Representing Nearly $97 Million in Investments

The Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy announced that members of the advisory commission of the Enterprise Industrial Upgrade Program had approved three cases concerning companies active in the agro-food, electrical, mechanical, textile, and clothing sectors.

The total amount of investments stands at nearly 97 million dinars, while the grants awarded exceed 8.9 million dinars.

The commission also validated the work of the restricted commission of the Industrial Upgrade Program, which met on Wednesday, July 8. It had approved 26 upgrade files, representing an investment cost of 83.4 million dinars and grants around 12 million dinars.

Moreover, 55 files relating to priority technological investments were approved, for a total value exceeding 4.5 million dinars and grants estimated at nearly 1.76 million dinars.

The meeting of the advisory commission of the Enterprise Industrial Upgrade Program took place on Monday, July 13, 2026 at the ministry’s headquarters, under the supervision of Slah Zouari, the Minister of Equipment and Housing, who is responsible for managing the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy.
