JORT: Exemption Granted to Mohamed Ali Boughdiri

A decree published in the Official Journal of the Tunisian Republic (JORT) grants Mohamed Ali Boughdiri an exemption allowing him to work in the public sector.

An exemption provided by Decree No. 207 of 2026

According to Decree No. 207 of the year 2026, dated August 14, 2026 and published in the Official Journal of the Tunisian Republic, Mohamed Ali Boughdiri benefits from an exemption to exercise in the public sector.

This measure comes within the framework of his new duties within an institution set to play a central role in the reforms of the Tunisian educational system.

Mohamed Ali Boughdiri named Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Education

Mohamed Ali Boughdiri has, indeed, been named Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Education and Teaching.

This body is notably responsible for contributing to the reform process of the Tunisian educational system, a project that concerns the various components of the education and teaching sector.

The exemption granted to Mohamed Ali Boughdiri thus allows him to exercise his functions in the public sector in accordance with the provisions of the decree published in the JORT.
