Campaigns conducted by municipal police units across the territory have led to the immediate dismantling of 406 informal sales points in the last 24 hours, as part of their public safety activities.
According to a press release published on Wednesday on the official site of the Ministry of the Interior, these operations have also resulted in several seizures and economic and health infringements.

In the area of public safety, municipal police units carried out 100 seizure operations and filed 45 judicial reports.
They also arrested seven individuals who were subject to wanted notices, before handing them over to the security units and the relevant judicial authorities.
Vehicles and weighing instruments seized
The campaigns also resulted in the seizure of 36 weighing instruments, eight motorcycles and two cars lacking the required legal documents, according to the Ministry of the Interior.
More than 370 economic and health infringements
In the economic and health sectors, officers filed 166 economic reports and recorded 208 health infringements in the same 24-hour period.
