The National Meteorology Institute announced that the weather will be marked this morning by scattered showers in the northern coastal regions and, locally, in the central-east. Passing clouds will be observed across the rest of the regions, gradually thickening by the end of the day over the western highlands, with temporarily thunderstorm-like rain, before affecting, during the night, certain eastern regions.
Winds will blow from the north in the north and central regions, and from the east in the south. It will be fairly strong to locally strong near the coastlines and in the south, with local sand whirlwinds, and weak to moderate in the other regions.
The sea will be rough to very rough, and locally high.
Temperatures will be slightly lower. Maximum temperatures will range from 19 to 24 degrees in the north, in the highlands and near the coasts, and between 25 and 30 degrees in the rest of the regions, reaching 36 degrees in the far south.
