The past week was marked by lower trading volume than the previous week, totaling 43.2 million dinars (MD). Volumes benefited from the execution of five block trades. Stock performance
The SOTUMAG stock delivered the best performance of the week. In a weekly turnover of 936 thousand dinars, the share jumped 20.4% to 25.280 D.
The SOMOCER stock also rode the wave during the week. The share gained 15.6%, ending the week at 0.740 D, noting that the stock amassed relatively modest weekly trading of 144 thousand dinars.
In the red, the BNA share posted the largest drop of the week. The share shed 15.1% to 20.030 D, noting that the most dynamic stock of the past week attracted market capital of 4.3 MD.
The ASSAD share failed to stand out during the week. The stock fell 8.8% to 2.270 D. The stock drew modest weekly trading of 135 thousand dinars.

SOTRAPIL – At the end of the first six months of 2026, net income reached 4.2 MD versus 5.3 MD as of June 30 of last year, i.e., a 21% decline.
The company saw its operating result fall by 32% to 4 MD, due to revenue declines. The first half was marked by the reduction in the volume transported via the Bizerte-Radès multi-product pipeline by 14.74%, following the provisional stoppage, from the second half of 2025, of sulfur-free diesel transport. Revenue thus decreased by 11% compared with the first half of 2025.
SITS – The company’s interim financial statements, as of June 30, 2026, show a net profit of 1.826 MD at the end of the first half of this year, versus 1.170 MD in the first half of 2025, i.e., a 56% increase.
The company doubled its operating income over the same period, to 2.4 MD, thanks to the strong revenue growth. The first-half turnover indeed reached 9.5 MD versus 4.5 MD in June 2025, representing an 111% increase.

MPBS – Net income for the first half of 2026 declined slightly by 4% compared with June 2025, to 4.8 MD. The company notably faced an increase in financial expenses, from 1 to 1.4 MD, and a decline in investment income, which fell from 2.7 to 1.9 MD.
As of June 30, 2026, it shows a 25% increase in its operating result, to 5.1 MD versus 4.1 MD in the first half of last year, driven by 22% revenue growth, to 57.4 MD. The local market recorded a 30% revenue increase.
