While several weeks have already passed since the start of the summer transfer window, hundreds of players whose contracts have expired still find themselves without a club one month before the market closes.
According to data from the site « Transfermarkt », the Serbian striker Dušan Vlahović tops the list of the most sought-after players available for free on the transfer market after the expiration of his contract with his club.
Among the top 10 also are the Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, the Englishman Jadon Sancho, as well as two stars of the Saudi Pro League, the Ivorian Franck Kessié, a player of Al Ahli, and the Brazilian Fabinho, star of Al Ittihad who occupy respectively the seventh and eighth places.
