The Tunis Transport Company (Transtu) announced, in a press release published on Wednesday, August 19, that the first tranche of the campaign for selling school and university subscriptions for the 2026-2027 year will begin on Monday, August 24, 2026.
The subscriptions, valid on the bus networks, the metro, as well as on the railway line Tunis–Goulette–Marsa (TGM), will be marketed through 151 post offices.
Among them, 130 offices are distributed in the Greater Tunis area: 56 in Tunis, 19 in Ariana, 35 in Ben Arous and 20 in La Manouba. Twenty-one other offices will be available in the capitals of the other governorates of the country.
Five Transtu sales outlets
Transtu will also provide five commercial agencies to ensure the sale of subscriptions :
- the commercial agency in El Mourouj 4, located opposite the terminus of metro line 6 ;
- the commercial agency of Cité El Khadhra ;
- the commercial agency at the transfer station Slimane Kehia, in La Manouba ;
- the commercial agency at the station La Marsa Plage ;
- the commercial agency located at the terminus of metro line 4, at Kheireddine, in the governorate of La Manouba.
A dedicated counter will also be set up at the Tunis Marine station to handle replacement or correction operations for subscriptions in case of an error.
Opening hours
These commercial agencies will be open from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. without interruption, and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m..
Online purchase also possible
In parallel with the physical points of sale, students will be able, starting August 24, to purchase their subscriptions online via the site :
