Tunis Stock Exchange: Tunindex Continues to Rise

Market overview

As in the session of the previous day, the stock market closed the day on a positive note. The benchmark index posted, on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, a gain of 0.19% to 15,441.14 points.

In the absence of block trades, the day was marked by a relatively brisk pace of trading, amounting to 8.5 million dinars (MD).

Stock performance

The OFFICE PLAST stock led the board. The share jumped 5.55% to 2.090 dinars (D), in a volume of 108 thousand dinars. The AMV stock stood out among the session’s best performers. The share rose 5.51% to 9.180 D, while attracting modest trades of 32 thousand dinars.

The CELLCOM stock was among the session’s laggards. It fell by 3.73% to 2.580 D, in a thin volume of 22 thousand dinars. The SIAME stock displayed a bearish trajectory for the session. The share declined by 3.38% to 3.140 D. The asset mobilized a turnover of only 6 thousand dinars during the session.

The DH stock was particularly active in the session. The share gained 3.15% to 18.000 D, while fueling the market with capital of 829 thousand dinars.

SPDIT – SICAF – The ordinary general meeting held on April 6, 2026 and ruling on the 2025 fiscal year, approved a dividend of 1 dinar per share. The payment will be made on April 28, 2026.

The 2025 fiscal year closed with a profit of 30.8 million dinars against 32 million on December 31, 2024, noting that operating revenues totaled 35.4 million dinars versus 34.5 million a year earlier.

The 2025 fiscal year saw an increase in operating expenses which reached 2.7 million dinars compared with 1.5 million the previous year.

SMART TUNISIE – The board of directors has convened an extraordinary general meeting for Wednesday, 29 April 2026, at the registered office to deliberate on a capital increase by incorporating reserves of 10,123,440 dinars to be drawn from the “Retained earnings” account.

This capital increase will be carried out in two successive equal tranches of 1,012,344 shares each.
