Tunis Stock Exchange: Tunindex Opens Week in Decline

The stock market began the week on a downward note. The benchmark index recorded on Monday, September 28, 2026 a decline of 0.20% to 18,370.73 points, in a volume of 3.3 million dinars (MD), and with no block trades executed.

Stock Performance

The TGH share delivered the best performance of the session. It posted a rise of 3.85% to 0.810 dinars (D), in a subdued turnover of 4 thousand dinars. While attracting capital inflows of 2 thousand dinars during the session, the CIL stock also advanced by 3.22% to 38.500 D.

The BH ASS stock was the worst performer in the TUNINDEX. With virtually no trading flows during the session, the share fell 4.49% to 75.980 D. The STIP value did not perform well on the market during the session, retreating by 4.37% to 6.340 D. The stock hardly mobilized capital flows over the course of the day.

SFBT was the most traded stock of the session. The share declined by 0.58% to 13.660 D, contributing about 439 thousand dinars of capital to the market.
