The sky will be partly cloudy across most regions, while winds will blow from the southwest, relatively strong to locally strong near the northern coasts, and light to moderate elsewhere.
Forecasts from the National Institute of Meteorology indicate that the sea will be very rough in the north and from lightly rough to rough along the eastern coasts.
