On the trading front, volumes were well-filled, totaling an envelope of 73.2 million dinars (MD) for the week, and this in the absence of block transactions.
Stock performance
The ASTREE stock led the market’s ranking for the week. The insurance company’s share jumped 17.24% to 85,000 dinars (D). The BNA ASSURANCES share was among the week’s biggest gainers. The stock rose 16.22% to 3.940 D.
The BTE stock was at the bottom of the TUNINDEX. The share fell by -10.17% to 0.530 D. The BH ASSURANCES stock was also poorly oriented during the week. The share declined by -9.77% to 60.000 D, with hardly any capital inflows over the week.
Ending the session with a 3.41% drop at 29.300 D, SOTUER was the most active stock of the week. Indeed, the share contributed to the market with trades totaling 7.19 MD in the past week.

SOTUMAG – The company has set the date for its ordinary general meeting on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. The meeting, which will decide on the 2025 fiscal year, will be held at the headquarters.
According to the draft resolutions, the company closed 2025 with a net profit of 8.6 MD, up from 7 MD in 2024, i.e., an increase of nearly 23%. The board will propose to shareholders the distribution of a dividend of 0.500 dinar per share, i.e., a total amount of 6.6 MD.
ENDA TAMWEEL – At the end of the 2025 financial year, the net profit is estimated at 55.3 MD, compared with 47 MD in 2024, i.e., an 18% increase.
The Net revenue from activities rose by 7% to reach 216.7 MD, driven by growth in interest income and related revenues, against a slower rise in operating expenses.
Parallely, the financial statements show a 34.5% decrease in the cost of risk, to 8.7 MD. The operating result rose from 66.3 to 74.1 MD, i.e., an increase of 12%.
SAM – The company announced that its Board of Directors, meeting on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, reviewed the company’s activity during the 2025 financial year and approved the standalone and consolidated financial statements for 2025, which show a standalone net profit of 2,556,051 D, versus a net profit of 2,671,212 D at the end of 2024, i.e., a decrease of 4.3%.
The Group’s consolidated net profit is estimated at end-2025 at 2,718,117 D, versus 2,816,465 D at the end of 2024, i.e., a decrease of 3.5%.
The board of directors has decided to convene the ordinary general meeting for Thursday, June 25, 2026, and to propose the distribution of a dividend of 0.315 D per share, i.e., 31.5% of the nominal value.
