BIAT – The Chief Executive Officer decided, on February 26, 2026, to proceed with the issuance of a subordinated bond loan, without recourse to a public offering, titled “BIAT Subordonné 2026-1,” for an amount of 200 MD, potentially raised to a maximum of 250 MD. The issue is in line with the Bank’s Board of Directors decision, which was taken on December 19, 2025.
Subscriptions and payments for this subordinated loan will be received starting from 04/03/2026 at BIAT counters, and will close no later than 23/04/2026. They may be closed, without prior notice, as soon as the maximum amount of the issue is fully subscribed.
