Written by: Adel Khelifi on May 2, 2026

Decree No. 65 of the year 2026, dated April 30, 2026, has set the program and the amounts of salary increases for judges of the judicial order, for judges of the Administrative Court and for judges of the Court of Auditors for the years 2026, 2027 and 2028.

A progressive increase in the judicial allowance

The text provides for an increase in the judicial allowance granted to each body concerned, according to a schedule spread over three years.

Thus, the allowance will be revalued as follows :

120 dinars starting January 1, 2026.

120 additional dinars starting January 1, 2027.

120 additional dinars starting January 1, 2028.

The judges concerned

This measure concerns judges of the judicial order, judges of the Administrative Court and judges of the Court of Auditors.

It is part of the salary revaluation program planned for several professional categories during the years 2026, 2027 and 2028.

Extension to retirees’ pensions

The decree also specifies that the increase provided for in its first article applies to retirees’ pensions, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

This provision thus enables the affected retired judges to benefit from the impact of this revaluation, according to the pension rules in force.
