Tunisie Telecom announced, in a statement addressed to its customers, the completion of maintenance, upkeep, and updating of its digital application MyTT, as part of its ongoing efforts to improve the quality of its digital services and strengthen the technical performance of the application.

The operator specified that the MyTT application had come under a cyberattack today, detected at the earliest moments. It was successfully neutralized in record time, thanks to the protection and monitoring measures put in place.

Tunisie Telecom stressed that this attack had no impact on the integrity of data nor on the continuity of services for customers.

In the same context, the company stated that the notification received on the accounts of some customers has no connection to Tunisie Telecom’s activity or to the objectives of the MyTT application, which is purely commercial in nature and mainly aims to serve the company’s customers.

Moreover, Tunisie Telecom reaffirmed its full commitment to strengthening the security of its information systems and to guaranteeing the highest levels of protection for its customers, while thanking them for their continued trust in the national telecommunications operator.
