The National Meteorology Institute (INM) announced, in a weather situation monitoring bulletin, that temperatures will be high on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, especially in the north, where the maximum temperatures will range between 42 and 47 degrees.

They will vary between 39 and 43 degrees in the central and southern regions, under the influence of the chergui, with the exception of areas near the eastern coast, where they will be between 34 and 38 degrees.

This notable rise in temperatures will also affect most regions starting tomorrow, Wednesday, July 15, 2026, and will continue until the end of the week.

The temperatures will then exceed the seasonal norms by 7 to 12 degrees. The maximums will generally be between 43 and 47 degrees, with the arrival of the chergui wind, except in coastal regions, where they will vary between 36 and 41 degrees.
