Call to reduce administrative obstacles
The deputy argued that food sovereignty could not be invoked while farmers continue to face bureaucracy, delays in project implementation, as well as the slow granting of subsidies and permits.
He called for prioritizing action and the implementation of projects, and for decisions that he described as bold.
