The French Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu announced on his X account that a common, sovereign conversational AI assistant will be established for all public sector agents.

That’s not all. The French prime minister also announced that “the transformation of the State” plans to deploy a public health assistant on Ameli by the end of the year, a new platform to facilitate access to public data, and an additional amount of 655 million euros invested in artificial intelligence via France 2030.

“Like electricity yesterday, like the Internet thirty years ago, artificial intelligence is already changing our lives. The era of experimentation is over. I have decided to accelerate the transformation of the State. France has chosen. It will be at the forefront of this revolution and intends to hold a central place in it,” the French prime minister wrote on X.
