Two administrative decisions published in the Official Journal of the Tunisian Republic (JORT) No. 79 of August 4, 2026 concern, in particular, financial governance and the economic control body.
Deposits and Consignments Fund. By order of the Minister of Finance dated July 24, 2026, Ms. Inès Ben Faraj (إيناس بن فرج) is appointed as a member representing the Central Bank of Tunisia on the supervisory commission of the Deposits and Consignments Fund, in replacement of Ms. Hala Zeghal (هالة الزغل). Her term runs until March 10, 2027.
Competition Council. Three orders from the Minister of Trade and Export Development, dated July 28, 2026, concern the opening of internal competitions on dossiers for promotion, for the year 2026, to three grades of the economic control corps at the Competition Council: General Inspector (متفقد عام), Chief Inspector (متفقد رئيس) and Central Inspector (متفقد مركزي).
Only one post is provided for each of the three grades. The lists of candidates will close on October 12, 2026, while the examinations will open on November 12, 2026 and the following days.
These three orders were endorsed by the Head of Government, Ms. Sara Zaafrani Zenzeri, and signed by the Minister of Trade and Export Development, Samir Abid.
