Orange Tunisia celebrated the 13th edition of Smart Day, its Knowledge Day, by rewarding 138 employees’ children for their academic and university results. An annual event that honors the success, effort and perseverance of the younger generations.

Having become a tradition within Orange Tunisia, Smart Day is each year the occasion to celebrate the achievements of employees’ children and to share a moment of pride with their families.

For this 13th edition, 138 laureates were rewarded for their journeys and their results:

  • 56 students in 6th grade;
  • 58 students in 9th grade / Brevet;
  • 15 high school graduates;
  • 9 students for their university achievements.

Beyond academic results, Smart Day aims to highlight hard work, perseverance and the spirit of effort, while recognizing the role of families in supporting young people throughout their journey.

Habib Latrach, Human Resources Director of Orange Tunisia, says: “Smart Day is a special moment for us, as it allows us to celebrate the successes of our young people and share the pride of their families. Behind each result there is hard work, perseverance and a lot of commitment. It is also an opportunity to thank our employees for their daily engagement and to remind how important the transmission and development of talents are for building the future.”

Through Smart Day, Orange Tunisia embeds recognition and support for talents within a framework that places people at the heart of the company. This initiative also complements the actions undertaken by Orange Tunisia in support of education, inclusion and equal opportunities.
