Written by: Adel Khelifi on June 12, 2026

The General Legislation Committee of the Assembly of the People’s Representatives will hold, this Friday, June 12, 2026, starting at 9:30 a.m., a session devoted to continuing the examination of the organic law proposal concerning the organization of the tax advisor profession.

Continuation of the examination of the text

This parliamentary meeting will focus on Organic Law Proposal No. 13/2023, which aims to regulate the tax advisor profession in Tunisia.

The members of the commission will thus continue studying the provisions of the text and examine the various aspects related to the organization and practice of this profession.

A step in the legislative process

The work in the commission constitutes an upstream step in the legislative process. They allow members of parliament to study the articles of the bill, to debate its content and, where appropriate, to propose amendments deemed necessary before the continuation of its parliamentary journey.
