  • By analyzing your sleep data from the past three days, this feature assesses your sleep pressure and circadian rhythm to calculate the best bedtime that maximizes alertness and performance the next day.

Vascular Load

Sleep offers insight into your overall well-being. The Galaxy Watch measures Vascular Load—the amount of stress your blood vessels endure while you sleep.

Antioxidant Index
