Tunisia Rainfall Reaches 108 mm in 24 Hours

The National Institute of Meteorology (INM) published, on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, the rainfall totals recorded in several regions of Tunisia over the last 24 hours.

Sidi Hassoun records the highest rainfall total

According to the data released by the INM, the locality of Sidi Hassoun, in the governorate of Nabeul, recorded the largest amount of rainfall over the period in question.

The total reached 108 millimeters in 24 hours, the highest level among the areas mentioned in the report published by the institute.

Precipitation varies by region

The other affected regions recorded varying amounts of rain, according to the measurements taken over the last 24 hours.

The National Institute of Meteorology published the detailed list of precipitations observed in the country’s various zones.

Rainfall by region

The detailed data allow tracking the distribution of precipitation among the different localities, with Sidi Hassoun at the top of the ranking with 108 mm.
