Market Overview

Unlike the previous day, the stock market closed the session on a positive note. The benchmark index rose by 0.32% to 14,626.80 points on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.

The day was marked by brisk trading activity, totaling 24.1 million dinars (MD).

Stock Performance

City Cars stock delivered the best performance of the session. The share surged 5.98% to 27,970 dinars (D), on turnover of 74 thousand dinars. The ATL stock was among the session’s biggest gainers. The share rose 4.55% to 8,490 D. The stock amassed trades of 84 thousand dinars during the session.

The BHL stock finished as the session’s laggard on the TUNINDEX. The share fell 4.42% to 3,890 D. The stock hardly attracted any trades during the session. The STIP stock was among the session’s biggest decliners. The share shed 4.39% to 4,350 D. The stock attracted turnover of only 1 thousand dinars during the session.

The UIB stock managed to stand out during the session, recording a 1.89% increase to 27,490 D. The stock contributed to the market with a volume of 16.3 MD, the highest volume on the board.

ATL – The board of directors, convened on February 16, 2026, approved the standalone and consolidated financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year. It results that the standalone financial statements show a net profit of 25.5 MD, versus 21.6 MD in 2024. As for the consolidated financial statements, they show a net profit of 26.5 MD, versus 22.1 MD a year earlier.

A dividend of 0.400 dinar per share for the 2025 financial year is proposed (versus 0.350 dinar a year earlier), subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Tunisia, at the Ordinary General Assembly to be held on 21/04/2026.
