The Tunisian Autoroutes Company announced the opening of an external competition based on applications, accompanied by technical and psychological oral examinations, for the recruitment of 200 agents classified as “Category 2 workers,” spread across several regions and work centers under the company. This initiative is part of strengthening its human resources and improving the availability of its various field structures.
This competition aims to consolidate the company’s human resources and to ensure proper operation and maintenance of the highway network in the different regions of the country.
The positions opened in the competition concern the specialties of cleaning, guarding, manual labor and gardening. They are addressed to candidates whose educational level ranges from, at a minimum, the sixth year of primary schooling or the successful completion of the sixth year of basic education, to, at a maximum, the second year of secondary education completed under the old regime, or the eighth year of basic education completed under the new regime.
According to the statement published by the company, recruitment will be distributed between the headquarters and several regions, notably Bizerte, Béja, Medjez El Bab, El Mahres, Oudhref and Bir Ali Ben Khalifa, depending on the needs of each work center and each specialty.
The company requires that the candidate be of Tunisian nationality, enjoy civil rights, and meet the conditions and qualifications required for the post for which he or she applies. Applications are limited to a single post and a single work center.
The candidate’s age must be between 18 and 35 years old as of January 1, 2026, with the possibility of benefiting from legally applicable exemptions in force for certain job seekers registered with the employment offices and the offices of self-employment.
The Tunisian Autoroutes Company specified that registration will be carried out exclusively via its Internet competition portal.
Applications will open on June 22, 2026 at midnight and will close on July 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
The company stressed that any file submitted after the deadline, containing erroneous data or not including the required documents will be automatically rejected. It also stated that applications submitted outside the electronic platform will not be taken into consideration.
