A non-definitive list

STEG emphasizes that the list of announced localities is not definitive and could be expanded to other areas depending on the day’s developments and the needs to balance production and consumption.

Power restoration without prior notice

The company indicates that electricity restoration could occur without prior announcement. It thus invites residents, businesses and professionals in the affected zones to take the necessary precautions.

To report an emergency or request additional information, STEG provides its customers with the service number 71 239 222. Subscribers can also contact the numbers appearing on their consumption bills.

STEG finally apologizes for this exceptional measure and calls on its customers to understand and cooperate.
