Several missions under the purview of certain ministries have already reached the Assembly of the Representatives of the People, within the framework of examining the 2027 Finance Bill. Deputy Aouatef Chniti presented the latest steps planned in an exclusive statement to Tunisie Numérique, on Monday, October 26.
The commissions set their calendar
The parliamentary commissions are currently working on drafting their schedule, the deputy indicated. They should soon begin examining the missions under their purview, before their passage to plenary sessions.
The examination will begin after the government’s appearance
The discussion of the budget and the missions will begin after the head of government and several ministers appear before the ARP. They will present and explain the budget program to the deputies, before the debates open.
According to Aouatef Chniti, the examination will focus on the budget and the missions, one by one. The Assembly Bureau still must set the date for the appearance of the government members.
