National Accreditation Council Opens External Recruitment Competition to Hire Four Engineers

The National Accreditation Council, under the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy, announced the opening of an external competition based on written and oral exams for the recruitment of four engineers across several scientific specialties.

The positions available include one post for each of the following specialties: civil engineering or materials engineering; instrumentation and industrial maintenance or instrumental analytical chemistry; biological engineering; and engineering in industrial biology.

The Council requires that candidates be Tunisian nationals, enjoy civil rights, and be at most 40 years old as of January 1, 2026, subject to the exemptions and legal provisions in force for candidates exceeding this age limit, upon presentation of proof of registration with an employment office or the self-employment office.

Candidates must also possess the physical and mental capacities necessary to perform their duties across the territory of the Republic and be in compliance with the military service legislation.

The application dossier must include a recruitment request addressed to the Director General of the Council, a copy of the national identity card, a detailed curriculum vitae and a copy of the required diploma, accompanied, where applicable, by a copy of the equivalence for foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions. Copies of work or internship attestations may also be attached, if they exist.

The Council invites applicants to place all documents in a sealed exterior envelope bearing the inscription: “Do not open – Application for the external recruitment competition for engineers – Code …”, specifying the code of the post concerned.

Applications may be deposited directly at the Council’s filing office or sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: 7, Doctor Alphonse Laveran Street, Cité Jardins, Belvédère, 1002 Tunis.

Applications are open from October 5 to November 3, 2026, the deadline for receipt of files.
